Our Dams

Hope is our beautiful German-bred Dam from Brachttal, Germany, imported from the renowned Cavaliere vom Kaninchengarten (“Cavaliers in the Rabbit Garden”) program of Anika and Stephan Stahl. Affectionately known as Schatzi—German for “little darling”—she has brought us so much joy.

Her accomplished siblings include littermate Grand Champion I Want to Break Free “Freddie”, multiple BIS, BISS and International Champion Paddington, and Grand Champion X-Man “Logan”. Their accolades continue to accumulate as these Cavaliers distinguish themselves in conformation and temperament. We are honored to have Hope in our family and breeding program.

Hope came to us with comprehensive European breeding health certifications. Once we recieved her in the United States, we completed her AKC registration and ofa health and embark genetic testing.

Our German Little Darling 

Schatzi is a wonderful mother who has given us stunning, breed-standard, healthy puppies with the lovely temperament we value. We skip heat cycles between litters to allow recovery time because each Momma deserves a tailored approach. We couldn’t be happier with Schatzi’s contribution to Thunder Pups Farm.

Katie Scarlett is our beautiful Tricolor Cavalier with an excellent lineage and a wonderful combination of personality, energy and classic Cavalier beauty.

Katie Scarlett has completed her breed-appropriate health and genetic testing and achieved her full CHIC certification in June 2026. We will continue her cardiac and eye clearances annually, as we do with all of our breeding Cavaliers.

Our Spirited Southern Belle 

Katie Scarlett is our little spitfire—bright, playful and energetic. She joined us at eight weeks old without Early Neurological Stimulation or structured sound conditioning, and she is more sensitive than our other Cavaliers, especially during thunderstorms and other loud noises.

As the caretaker and babysitter of our pack, she is always happily cleaning everyone’s face and making sure everyone has a playmate. Beneath all that energy is an enormous heart and an affectionate nature—qualities that make Cavaliers so special.

Our experience with Katie Scarlett reinforces why every Thunder Pup receives Early Neurological Stimulation and early sound conditioning to help our puppies become more confident, adaptable and resilient.

We are delighted and proud to introduce Maggie, our first legacy Thunder Pup! After watching Isabella’s beautiful final daughter grow, we simply couldn’t part with her. She gives us the opportunity to carry forward a Thunder Pups line while continuing our focus on health, temperament, and genetic diversity.

Like Isabella, Maggie has a lower coefficient of inbreeding (COI) than the average Cavalier. She is AKC registered and has AKC Grand Champions and international Best in Show Champions in her carefully planned pedigree. Before any breeding is considered, she must mature and complete breed-appropriate health testing.

Our Diva Love Bug 

Maggie discovered belly rubs at just three weeks old and still asks for them many times a day. For now, our affectionate little Velcro love bug’s only job is to grow up and be loved.

Maggie will not reach breeding age until winter 2027-2028. Her tentatively planned litters will depend on her maturity and health clearances.

Meet Zoja, our beautiful Blenheim girl from Taurunum Angels. Her sweet eyes, expression, and distinctive heart-shaped marking made her irresistible!

Zoja brings together beautiful European Cavalier lines from Serbia and Poland, including the respected Górska Fantazja lineage through her sire, Jerry, and the Taurunum Angel's lineage through her dam, Maza. Both lines include numerous internationally recognized conformation winners, reflecting generations of Cavaliers successfully presented and awarded in FCI shows. Both of Zoja’s parents have clear health certifications, and her sire is also MRI clear for SM/CM. We were drawn to Zoja’s European heritage, sound structure, genetic diversity, and the affectionate, intuitive temperament that makes the Cavalier so special. These are all qualities we work to preserve.

Our Sweet Zoja

Zoja means “life” in Serbian. She is affectionate, curious, and full of life, with a special way of staying close to her people. We are excited to watch her grow every day.
